Graduate Customer Relations Manager

Through continual growth, and as part of our sales and marketing strategy, we aim to appoint an ambitious graduate member to join our Contracts Division team. The ideal candidate will have innovation and a “think out of the box” approach.

The Role: The role is varied but it will consist of working closely with the contracts team to develop and build strong relationships with both our clients and our ever growing supply chain. You will complete tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires. You will be involved in the roll out process of the contract from beginning to end whilst advising customers of best practice and keeping them up to date on new legislation.

Key Account Manager

Due to our success we have a position available for an ambitious Key Account Manager to join our vibrant & friendly Key Account team. The Key Account Manager would look after a portfolio of existing clients accounts offering one point of call for all customer requirements. Our services range from short term hire to long term corporate contracts with national blue chip companies.

Procurement Coordinator

Due to our success we have a position available for an ambitious Procurement Coordinator to join our vibrant & friendly Buying team. The Procurement Coordinator would research potential suppliers across the UK and negotiate price lists.

The role would entail researching potential suppliers across the UK in order to service all national customers, inviting potential suppliers to tender and reviewing tender documents. The role is office based although some face to face meetings will be necessary to discuss requirements and costs for service.

Other duties of the role include:
•Looking into specialist procurement projects for specialist services – researching, tendering and negotiating with suppliers on a one-off basis
•Dealing with high volume contracts
•Negotiating best commercial prices with suppliers without compromising on quality of service
•Reviewing current suppliers and re-negotiating where necessary
•Visiting supplier premises on occasion
•Reporting on cost savings, current costs and overall costs
•Pushing back price increases on behalf of the company

Sales Executive
